Shipping terms

The shipping fees include the packaging costs, the preparation costs and the transportation costs. Our packages are usually despatched within 2 days after payment. We bring a particular attention to the protection of the goods with packages having suitable dimensions and stuffings.

Shipment offered for access point delivery
Mainland France

Fast and free shipping throughout mainland France. UPS proposes a wide availability schedule and an extended network for delivering your package close to your home or to your work.
The packages are shipped through UPS and have a tracking number (sent to you by UPS).

Optional home delivery
Mainland France

When ordering, you can choose the home delivery option. Shipping fees start at 30€ and depend on the package weight. We recommend you group all your goods in a single order to benefit from reduced shipping costs. We cannot group two independent orders and shipping costs would apply to each of them.
The packages are shipped through UPS and have a tracking number (sent to you by UPS) and handed to you without requesting a signature.

Free shipping for professionals

Deliveries outside of mainland France

UPS is in charge of the shipping. The shipping fees are calculated and indicated when ordering, depending on the delivery location.
