MT46 Shock Absorber
The MT46 is a double effect monotube gas shock absorber It is Carbon technology with counter piston, adjustable spring and without hydraulic adjustment. .
Unlike emulsion dampers which are low end technology, the MT46 keeps a suspension of consistent quality and a good ground connection despite poor road state or a rise in temperature.
The MT46 is a gas volume compensator damper.
Designed for road bikes and trails, this damper is ideal for replacing the original item.
Everything is provided with MT46 spring chosen by EMC technician according to the overall loading of the motorcycle.
Option : Hydraulic preload
This option replaces the traditional method of spring setting by a hydraulic system. A thumb setting wheel taken up on the frame, or in certain cases directly on the shock absorber, the control the prestressed of the spring. This way of setting is very useful on a motorcycle of tourism to pass of a state of load in an other one as well as in competition to save time of development during the tries and in race during pitstops.
