This shock is designed to optimise comfort and handling.
Just turn the knob to adjust comfort and handling. Thanks to its unique design, this shock is particularly easy to setup with a synchronous rebound and compression adjustment.

Unlike an emulsion shock, the Road 1 maintains consistent suspension quality and good ground contact even with poor road conditions or rising temperatures thanks to its tri-tube technology.
Your shock is made to order for you by EMC: its spring and hydraulic will be tuned for you depending on your motorbike usage, and the pilot, passenger and luggage weights.
The shock is pre-adjusted for you and ready to install and ride.
Height adjuster option
This option is used to adjust the length of the shock. The height adjuster modifies the height of the bike, without alterning the spring settings. The height adjuster influences the geometry of the bike to tune the handiness, the stability and the ground clearance. Change the height of your bike with just two flat wrenches.
Hydraulic preload option
This tool-free option facilitates the spring setup when you change the riding load. Just turn a thumb setting wheel to adjust the preload of your spring. The thumb wheel is located either on the frame or directly on the shock absorber depending on your bike. This option is very useful both for street use when you change your load, or for track use to quickly adjust the setups during the pit stops
